SmartAgent, by Mission Labs: Technical Documentation for Internal Purposes and a Knowledge Base for clients

We are a tech company specialising in cloud solutions for contact centres. Our SmartAgent product is a desktop app used by contact centre agents to handle customer contact. With a host of features, configurations and robotics, the product helps our clients boost agent efficiency and improve their contact centre.

We are looking for a technical writer who can document the way our product works. This will require using existing documents and data, as well as additional research within the company, then composing what are essentially instructions manuals on all of the product features. The documents produced can then be used by anyone in the company to find out about our product for practice and training purposes.

We will also want to produce a knowledge base aimed at external clients which also explains our product. This will be a different style and audience, but content can come from the internal documents previously composed.

This work could potentially be several months - up to 6 - and will require use of the tool Confluence. Our product is built with Amazon Connect and AWS services, so knowledge of AWS is required. We're a hard working and dynamic team, and our company is forecasting dramatic growth in the coming years: sorting our documentation out now will be vital to our success!
