SOP Development for Sales Contact Centre

I'm in need of a seasoned contact centre expert who can help refine and enhance our current Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our Sales department. The ideal candidate must be located in Mumbai, India and possess:

- Exceptional understanding of Sales Contact Centre operations
- Proven experience in SOP drafting and documentation
- Ability to interpret and modify existing procedures
- Skill in translating SOPs into clear and actionable guidelines from our current PDF files

We have some existing documentation that will need to be updated. The current materials are stored in PDF format. Your task will involve reviewing, revising and augmenting this documentation to create a comprehensive set of SOPs. Your expertise will be key in ensuring our procedures are efficient, effective and conducive to achieving our sales targets.
