Russian Translation of Ops Manual

I have an operations manual of fewer than 50 pages that I need rendered into clear, technically accurate Russian. The source file is a mixed PDF with both selectable text and embedded images, and I want the finished product to mirror the original layout—same pagination, headings, tables, figure numbers, and image placement—so the reader can use the Russian version side-by-side with the English one.
Certification isn’t required; precision and readable technical language are. Please translate everything the user sees: body copy, captions, headers/footers, call-outs inside diagrams, and any text that appears within screenshots or illustrations. Non-text elements (icons, diagrams, photos) should remain exactly as they are unless a label needs changing.
