Rewrite Technical Document Clarity

I have an existing technical document that needs to be rewritten so it reads clearly, flows logically, and preserves every piece of original information. The main goal is a straight-forward clarity rewrite: tighten the wording, eliminate redundancy, and choose terminology that lets any technically minded reader grasp the content without re-reading.
The current material already contains all data, tables, and figures, so the task is purely textual. Please keep the structure, headings, and references intact; update only the prose. Whenever jargon can be replaced by a precise plain-English equivalent, do so, but do not dilute technical accuracy.
Deliverable: a clean, fully edited version of the document in its native format (Word or Google Docs) with change tracking turned off and a separate file showing tracked changes for my review.
