Cultural diplomacy as a soft power in the lebanese society. To what extent the cultural diplomacy has been used as a soft tool to control the lebanese society?
Cultural diplomacy has demonstrated its ability to control entire societies, using methods that go beyond the boundaries of the exchange of ideas, art, language and beliefs aimed at creating understanding between peoples and nations. Political exploitation and thus favoring one state at the expense of the other, which undermines the principle of understanding upon which cultural diplomacy is based. Does the intersection of the influence of the cultural factor with politics allow it to be replaced by immoral means that tamper with the balance of power in a globalized international system?
