Remodeling America

I have a vision of how to remodel the crappy neighborhoods I work in, on the crappy high maintenance houses that I and the construction industry have been building for the past 70 years. Yet we still keep pushing forward building crappy house after crappy house with no end in sight, just use more plastic and spray foam being the only answer, oh, and make sure they get bigger, a lot bigger (avg. house today is 3500 square feet big).... the rough draft is sloppy and is highly redundant and confusing at points or all over... because I suck at writting; but I can rip out a wall and make it a door or tile your shower or patch your roof or paint your house inside and out, and I can see what I try to write clear as day when I look down every single street I see, I just can't seem to get it on paper with any clarity.
