Propose a novel idea for AI and ML based paper and then develop the idea and write a journal paper

I am looking for a technical writer in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, who can propose some good novel ideas related to AI, ML, or DL and then develop the idea and write a research paper for me. Basically, you will be helping with the whole paper creation and then it's publishing which will require some rounds of changes in the paper before the end of this contract. let me know if you are seriously interested and have the right skills for this task along with the timeline.
