Product Documentation Writer Needed

I’m building ROI- and decision-based business tools such as calculators, rankers, and prioritization frameworks that help founders and business owners decide what to do next. These are analytical, logic-driven tools, not marketing products.

I’m looking for a Product Documentation Writer (Decision & Analytics Tools) to clearly explain how these tools work and how to interpret their results. The focus is on clarity and understanding, not persuasion.

Your main responsibilities include writing clear usage instructions for spreadsheet or no-code decision tools, explaining how inputs affect outputs, and describing why one option is ranked higher than another. You will help users understand what results mean and what action to take next, write short in-tool explanations, and clearly state assumptions and limitations.

This role does not involve copywriting, SEO, blogs, content marketing, sales writing, storytelling, or brand voice work. The goal is to reduce confusion and cognitive load, not to sell.

You should be comfortable writing product documentation, explaining numbers, rankings, and logic in plain English, and working with analytical tools, spreadsheets, or SaaS products. Concise, structured writing is essential.

I’m only interested in long-term collaboration. The hourly rate is €15 per hour. I provide the tool logic and structure; your role is to explain and document it clearly.
