Primary ICT Curriculum Writer

I'm seeking a knowledgeable content writer experienced in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) curriculum for primary school level. The scope of the project includes:
- Producing concise textbooks, each less than 200 pages.
- Each textbook should cover all domains of ICT: Computer Hardware Basics, Digital World, WordProcessing, Graphics and Design, Data, Algorithms and Programming.
- Significant emphasis should be on introductory programming for young coders.
The ideal candidate should have experience in curriculum development, technical writing skills, and an understanding of ICT at a primary school level. Preferably, the freelancer should also have a background in teaching or education.
