I have a completed product manual that reads well enough but still carries scattered grammar slips and the occasional awkward sentence. The top priority is to bring every line into impeccable grammatical shape while preserving the original meaning and technical accuracy.
The introduction and overview are where I see the most rough edges, so please begin there; the rest of the handbook will only need a light pass once those opening pages set the right standard. All edits should keep a formal tone—think crisp, professional wording that instills confidence without drifting into marketing fluff.
I will supply the current Word file. Return the same document with Track Changes enabled so I can review every adjustment, plus a clean copy ready for print and PDF export. If any sentence feels ambiguous, flag it in a brief comment instead of rewriting the content entirely; I want minimal stylistic intervention beyond grammar, spelling, and clarity.
