Job Description:
I’m looking to hire an experienced patent professional who can assist with the drafting of a Provisional Patent Application for an original invention. The invention is [3S Resume Optimisation"].

I plan to file the application with the Indian Patent Office (IPO). I am seeking someone who can guide me through the process, prepare the required documentation, and help me ensure it meets Indian patent requirements.

Scope of Work:
Conduct a basic novelty/prior art check

Draft a high-quality provisional patent specification (including abstract, field of invention, background, detailed description, and drawings if needed)

Provide guidance on filing the application on the IP India portal

Optional: If you’re a registered Indian Patent Agent, please mention if you can assist with filing directly

Ideal Candidate Should:
Have experience in drafting Indian patent applications, especially provisional ones

Understand Indian IP law and filing process

Have technical knowledge in [insert your invention domain: software, mechanical, electronics, etc.]

Be able to communicate clearly and work collaboratively

Be comfortable with quick turnaround times

Selection Criteria:
Previous experience with Indian Patent Office (required)

Samples of previous patent drafts (redacted) will be preferred

Registered Indian Patent Agent (preferred but not mandatory for this stage)

Timeline:
I am looking to get the draft completed within 5–7 days.
