Paraphrase and Rewrite my work

I have compiled a technical paper based on the review of other papers. My current text is in very basic/raw format as it is directly excerpted from the source papers. I need someone to review and paraphrase my paper so it gets passed.
The topic is related to blockchain and oil and gas.
I would prefer someone with a strong command over the English language, preferably a native speaker.
