Offline Web App for Document Management
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I'm looking to develop an offline web-based application to manage company procedures and checklists.
Requirements:
- Content: 1500 pages (Word) + 500 pages (Excel/Word)
- User Roles: Admin (upload document /see content/download document) and User (see content/download document)
- Features:
- History tracking for Admin uploads
- Keyword search functionality
- Links to documents in search results
- Security: Password protection for Admin - so only admin could modify content inside of application.
The application needs to run offline. I'm open to platform suggestions, but I prefer Microsoft technologies. Ideal skills include experience in web app development, knowledge of Microsoft tech stack, and familiarity with document management systems.
