Need a technician document making for some code

Need the code testing and then a full technician document made:
document including;
Data dictionary
Algorithm design
User interface method design
Algorithm Design
Program Flow
Class Diagrams
Testing document

The code will also have to be commented all the way through so i know what is happening at each part of the code and then need screen shots of the code put into the technical document with tests of it actually working

Need asap
