Need Technical Writer To Create Question/Answers For Interviews

We are looking to hire a writer to come up with a few questions + acceptable answers to be used in skill-testing interviews. The purpose is just to verify that the interviewee has general knowledge about the skill they claim to be an expert in. As interviewers are not necessarily experienced in these technical skills, we need to create a Q & A guide for them so they know what questions to ask, and what kind of answers are deemed acceptable.

We are looking for 3-5 questions/answers in the following skill set:
