You are a PLC programmer and technician who manufacture a range of cards and spacers for use in the aerospace sector. The company is in the process of installing new automated production facilities.
You have been asked to investigate the production requirements of the same section of the production line as in the previous assignment and to design, develop and test a software program that will enable the production processes to operate as directed.
Your final program should be shown to work to the satisfaction of company management and should be accompanied by suitable documentation to show the process you followed in designing, developing, and testing the program and suitable notes/annotations to enable other programmers in the future to understand your program.
