NFT system design

We are looking for someone who can make a draft of a technical System design structure on paper for an NFT project. You need to have technical knowledge as it needs to be a technical paper. We need the draft as part of a proposal we are pushing for an NFT project, so you don't need to code anything. Based on an available executive summary, the project is only to put a structure on paper for how the system could be designed in terms of security, layers, programming languages, etc. The goal is to make a dAPP NFT solution. We usually write this kind of proposal ourselves, but we want to outsource this work because of time constraints.
