We are in need of a contractor with extensive experience in obtaining money transmitter licenses in all 50 U.S. states. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the laws and regulations surrounding money transmission and will be able to navigate the application process efficiently. This is a crucial role that requires an attention to detail and the ability to work independently. The contractor will know the specific requirements for each state, will be able to review and comment on any necessary changes to policies, and will be able to efficiently complete the necessary paperwork, and follow up with regulatory authorities as needed. The contractor will report to a project manager and work directly with clients.
