Merge ISO Manuals into IMS
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have three separate document sets for ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. I now need them blended into a single, fully integrated management system presented as one Word document. While you reorganise and streamline the content, please preserve the current structure, layout and the exact language we already use so our teams recognise the material immediately.
Scope of work
• Review every manual, procedure and form to remove overlaps and contradictions.
• Harmonise clause numbering so the new document flows logically across quality, environmental and OH&S requirements.
• Update internal references, page headers/footers and document-control details so they carry through consistently.
• Consolidate all forms in an appendix, adding hyperlinks from the main text for easy navigation.
Deliverable
• A clean, unlocked Word file that includes the integrated manual, updated procedures and consolidated forms—ready for internal review and eventual external audit.
Acceptance criteria
1. Content from each original document is present and traceable.
2. Layout and wording remain recognisably the same; only redundant or duplicated text is removed.
3. All hyperlinks, headers, footers and cross-references work correctly.
If you have experience merging multi-standard management system documents, I’d like to hear how you would approach this and how quickly you can turn it around.
