Machine learning technical report writing

I have written the report, which is not up to the mark/clearly motivated. Hence I want the report to be written from scratch according to the report template attached below by framing the research question, aim and align methods/results.

Things to consider while writing the report
1. Report Template (attached to the project).
2. Overall comments (attached to the project).
3. Report comments(if anything is added from the report written by myself attached), I prefer someone who takes the project to go through once before starting writing the report.
4. Rule book/ Handbook (attached to the project for reference).

Upon the discussion and award, I will share the code details and coordinate with you to help if anything is needed from my side.

I have attached the files below:

Report_template- Template of the report.
Overall comments - General comments.
Report - Current report, which is written by myself.
Report comments - Detailed comments (Most of them are fixed in my report and can be referred to write)
Rule book - To make sure that the report is on the right track.

Note: Need two report revisions to correct the feedback given by the supervisor and examiner.

Due Date: September 3rd.
