Machine Learning in Wireless Communications

I am writing to inquire about the possibility of working on a Master’s or PhD-level thesis project in the field of wireless communications and machine learning. The proposed thesis topics are:

1- The use of machine learning in STAR-RIS localization, or

2- The use of machine learning in RIS coefficients optimization.

I would like to know if you are able to:

Implement the technical project and deliver the code with full documentation and all outputs.

Write a complete academic thesis based on the project (plagiarism-free and original, suitable for AI and similarity checks).

Provide post-delivery support, as my professor may request revisions or additions after review.

Ensure the novelty of the thesis topic and approach, so it meets academic standards and is acceptable for defense.

Please also note:

The final code will be reviewed line by line by my supervisor, so quality and clarity are essential.

The thesis must demonstrate scientific originality in the chosen topic.
