Local Assistant

I am looking for an assistant that is majoring in engineering or a technical degree looking to gain experience in automation/manufacturing. What I will need is someone to join me on-sight for meetings to take notes, pictures for both future project work or social media. Also that there is some client confidentiality information that will be passed and has to keep that information from being public knowledge.

Other major factor is I am looking for someone that is in the Detroit Metro area.

Below is some skill sets that is idea for this position:

* Interfaces with technicians, engineers and engineering managers to create/edit documentation
* Ensures compliance with the Third-Party Intellectual Property process
* Analyzes metrics, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvements
* Assists in tracking action items
* Networks with both internal and external personnel at multiple levels
* Record action items during various project meetings
* Fundamental skills in written composition, proofreading, and editing
* Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications
