Liability contract for a medical procedure

look you know what im asking for. if a certain popular Medical procedure causes me problems later down the road i want it coverd by the owner of my company. or if sold to be coverd by the new owners and if the company goes under, that the Current owner to be held responsible. and atlest 2/3 of my pay is also given to me untill such a time as i can return to work.
