Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support to the team, acting as the go-to person for resolving technology-related issues.
- Research, troubleshoot, and find solutions to technological challenges, even if you don't have all the answers initially.
- Utilize your expertise and familiarity with AI technology to explore and implement innovative solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI software and technologies, and identify opportunities to incorporate them into our workflow.
- Execute day to day tasks
Requirements:
- Proven experience and proficiency in navigating various technologies and software applications.
- Self starter, that knows when they’re in over their head and how to ask for help.
- Thrive in a fast paced environment, tasks will be different daily.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
- Familiarity with AI and its potential applications, with prior experience working with at least one AI software involving prompts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to approach challenges with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple terms for non-technical team members.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing AI solutions or working on AI-related projects.
- Knowledge of programming languages and scripting tools used in AI development.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering.
