I need a fluent, confident English speaker who can jump on every call from the first hello to the closing handshake, but your main focus will be the final client interview where offers are decided. You’ll speak on behalf of our developers, steer the conversation, answer non-technical questions, negotiate terms, and keep the momentum positive until we land the role.
We build the code and deliver the projects; you handle the people side. For each successful placement you help secure, you receive a 30 % share of the profit—an arrangement I’m keen to keep running long-term if the chemistry is right.
The essentials I’m looking for are:
• Strong communication skills
• Understanding of technical jargon
• Experience with negotiation
