I am looking for an IT engineer with expertise in network, security, VOIP, Cloud Platforms, with the ability to write documentation on all Technologies in the industry.
Skills and Expertise:
- Ability to write documentation about technology platforms that a sales team can use for upselling services
- Strong knowledge and experience in network equipment/configuration management, security, VOIP
- Knowledge in Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS
- Experience with CRM platforms
- Understanding of Internet Service Providers
- Helpdesk Support Experience
- Familiarity with database management and software development is a plus
Certification and Degree:
- No specific certification or degree requirement
Project Complexity:
- Intermediate level of complexity
