I need a clear, technically-oriented instructions manual for a new line of home appliances. The document will be used by field and workshop technicians, so it has to go beyond consumer-level quick starts and speak their language—precise terminology, logical sequencing, and no marketing fluff.
Scope
• Focus on two core sections: detailed installation guidelines and thorough troubleshooting steps.
• Each procedure must be broken down step-by-step, with annotated diagrams or photos where useful, standard safety notes, and logical fault-isolation flows.
• Language should be concise yet complete; assume the reader is skilled with tools but unfamiliar with this specific model.
Deliverables
1. Fully formatted manual in editable Word (for future updates) and press-ready PDF.
2. All supporting graphics supplied as separate, high-resolution PNG/SVG files.
3. Table of contents and page numbering already in place.
Acceptance criteria
– Every installation step is actionable without external references.
– Troubleshooting section covers at least the top ten fault codes and the most common mechanical issues.
– Document passes a quick test by one of our in-house technicians for clarity and accuracy.
