GeM Technical & Financial Bids

I need a detail-oriented bid specialist to turn my rough inputs into a fully compliant submission on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The assignment covers the complete preparation of both the technical and the financial bid, ensuring everything is formatted, cross-referenced, and ready for upload before the deadline.
What I will hand over:
• The tender notice, product specifications, and any certificates already in place
• Pricing guidelines and cost breakdowns I use internally
• Contact details for my OEM so you can request any missing declarations or catalogs
What I expect back:
• A polished technical bid that maps each tender clause to our product features, with all mandatory annexures attached
• A precise financial bid created in GeM’s BOQ template, reflecting our agreed pricing strategy and taxes
• Final review on the portal itself so every checkbox, character limit, and file size rule is met before I hit “Submit”
