I am looking for a freelancer who can provide Full Systems Analysis and Design services for my project. The focus of the system is Information Systems. The system will have 50-100 end-users. The ideal candidate should have experience in Systems Analysis, Design and Implementation. The candidate should also have knowledge in the following areas:
-Requirements gathering and analysis
-System architecture design
-Database design and development
-User interface design
-System testing and quality assurance
-Project management
The candidate should be able to provide a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones and deliverables. Strong communication skills are a must as we will need to collaborate throughout the project.
