About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Freelance Interviewer with deep expertise in ServiceNow to assist our recruitment team in evaluating candidates for various roles across the ServiceNow ecosystem. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, interview experience, and the ability to assess both technical and soft skills of potential hires.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct technical interviews for ServiceNow roles such as Developers, Administrators, Architects, and Business Analysts.
Evaluate candidate skills in modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, CMDB, and custom app development.
Provide detailed feedback and assessment reports on candidate performance.
Collaborate with the internal hiring team to refine interview criteria.
Maintain professionalism and consistency in all candidate interactions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
Prior experience conducting technical interviews or hiring assessments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules.
ServiceNow certifications (preferred): CSA, CAD, CIS in any module.
Preferred Skills
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), integrations, and automation workflows.
Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Previous freelance or remote interviewing experience.
