Founders Agreement for Corporation Shares

I'm seeking a professional to draft a "shares" agreement between myself and the company I'm consulting with. This will primarily be a Founders Agreement that outlines the distribution and allocation of shares among the company's founders. A key aspect of this agreement will be the inclusion of a share vesting schedule.
I will receive 10 percent of the company stock.
I will remain with the company no less than 3 years.
Company growth must be no less than 15% yearly.
Upon my death, only my life partner can receive the shares.
Upon my life partners death, the share must be sold back to the company at face value.
My fee will drop 50% upon the commencement of this agreement.
