Flood Risk Zone Modelling

I’m looking for a modeller who can take our hydrologic & topographic data and turn it into a clear set of flood-risk zones that planning officers and engineers can reference immediately. The core of the assignment is a defensible, well-documented model—preferably built in industry-standard software such as HEC-RAS, TUFLOW, Flood Modeller Pro, InfoWorks ICM or a similar equivalent—that outputs GIS-ready layers and a concise technical memo.
