File Patent Applications - Technical Writing
Budget: ₹7,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are working with patent attorneys who will help us file patent applications. We need a technical writer who can write description of our innovation in their innovation disclosure forms. The description will include text and simple drawings using a suitable software tool such as Microsoft Drawing (part of Word, PowerPoint) or something similar.
The desired freelancer should have a good command over grammatically correct English, a good technical vocabulary and good writing skills so that the concept is communicated precisely and clearly.
The scope of work includes writing innovation disclosure forms for three patents along with at least one revision based on the attorneys feedback. The freelancer is not expected to be conversant with patent laws as that part is handled by our attorneys. We are based in India. The broad area of work here is mechanical and electrical engineering, software and electronics.
It will be a plus if you have made documentation for patents or other technical literature such as manuals, processes etc. before.
