I am looking for someone who can do a business plan for a spiritual motivated homeless shelter for the homeless and Veterans. I am in the very beginning of starting up this organization and I am not sure if I want it to be an LLC or 501c, please help me to fully understand the pros and cons of each. The people will live on the property for about 18 -24 months and will receive on the job training, medical assistance, three meals offered daily, assistance with transportation, assistance with child care, if needed, and clothing , household supplies and personal supplies on a monthly basis. Plus we will offer many other incentives and activities for them, such as monthly birthday parties, volunteering to help others in need, social outings, guest speakers and volunteer religious services. We will take walk-ins or referrals by social services. we also will offer counseling services.
