Enterprise Data Governance Lead

I am standing up a company-wide data governance function from the ground up and need a seasoned expert to architect the entire framework. The scope spans our core domains Suppliers, Products, and Geographic information and none of these areas currently follows a formal policy, so you will be starting with a clean slate.
The frameworks you design must uphold three objectives at every stage: rock-solid data integrity and accuracy, rigorous security and privacy, and seamless accessibility and usability for our business teams. I expect pragmatic standards we can live with day-to-day, not shelf-ware.
Key deliverables
• Blueprint of the governance operating model, including roles, decision rights, and escalation paths
• Master set of policies and procedures for each domain (Suppliers, Products, Geographic) mapped to regulatory and internal compliance requirements
• Data quality, security, and access control metrics with an accompanying monitoring playbook
