Fix EPUB Format + Ensure Secure Access for Customers
Description:
We have a 101-page eBook currently being sold through our online shop in EPUB format. Some customers are reporting that they are unable to open the EPUB file after purchase. We need an expert in eBook formatting and distribution security to:
Identify and fix the issues with our current EPUB so it opens seamlessly across major devices/apps (iOS Books, Kindle, Kobo, Adobe Digital Editions, etc.
Maintain secure access — we do not want the file easily shareable as a standard PDF
Advise on or implement a secure delivery solution (e.g., watermarking, protected EPUB, or DRM options)
What We Will Provide:
• Current EPUB file
• Any original source files if required
• Details on current delivery platform
Ideal Skills:
• In-depth EPUB formatting + validation
• DRM protection experience
• Strong attention to detail + communication
• Experience distributing eBooks commercially (preferred)
Deliverables:
• Fully functional EPUB file that opens on all common platforms
• Summary of what was wrong + what was fixed
• Recommendations for ongoing secure delivery
