English Tech Communication Partner

**Technical English Communication Partner with Basic Coding Experience**
I am looking for a reliable, long-term partner who can help with client communication, video meetings, and technical project collaboration.
The ideal candidate should have fluent or native-level English, strong B2B communication skills, and at least a basic understanding of software development. You do not need to be a senior developer, but you should be comfortable discussing common technical topics such as websites, APIs, databases, software requirements, bugs, testing, and project progress.
This is not simply a translation or virtual-assistant position. I need someone who can understand the general context of a software project, communicate professionally with clients, and gradually become a trusted project partner.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Join scheduled video calls with clients and project teams
* Help explain technical information clearly and professionally
* Take notes and summarize requirements, decisions, and action items
* Ask relevant questions during meetings when requirements are unclear
* Assist with basic development, testing, research, or documentation when possible
* Work with me transparently as a communication and project partner
**Required qualifications:**
* Fluent or native-level spoken and written English
* Confident and professional communication during video calls
* Experience with B2B communication or international clients
* Basic knowledge of programming or software development
* Ability to understand technical conversations
* Reliable internet connection, microphone, and camera
* Good organization and note-taking skills
* Responsible, punctual, and comfortable with long-term collaboration
**Useful technical experience:**
Experience with any of the following would be helpful but is not mandatory:
* Python
* JavaScript or TypeScript
* React or other web frameworks
* Backend development
* REST APIs
* Databases and SQL
* AI or machine-learning projects
* Software testing
* Git and GitHub
* Technical documentation
**Working arrangement:**
* Fully remote
* Flexible part-time workload
* Approximately 5–15 hours per week initially
* Video calls will normally be scheduled in advance
* Long-term cooperation is available for the right person
* The workload may grow as we begin working on more projects together
