Engineering document for new software app

Hi, we are a team of software developers that have been working together for nearly 10 years. We are looking for a new technical writer to be part of our virtual team. This initial task is centered around the development of a document that will detail the technical details of a new mobile app. Developers will refer to and rely upon the requirements specified within this document. We are expecting the successful freelancer to detail each app feature and functionality and use basic screen wireframes to illustrate when needed.

Our project leader will work as liaison to express customer requirements and explain app intention. Your job will to build out this outline of features and functionality into specific details that a software engineer will be able to build from.
