I have a working product and plenty of rough developer notes; what I need now is a clear, well-structured piece of technical documentation that speaks directly to everyday end-users rather than engineers. The finished document should guide someone with no prior exposure through installation, daily operation, and basic problem resolution in plain, friendly language while still being technically accurate.
All screenshots, code snippets, or diagrams that help demystify the process are welcome. I will supply current specs, UI access, and any background you request, and I’ll be available for quick clarifications as you write.
