Draft Provisional Patent for wheelend hub bearings

Job ID: 40196318

Budget: $250 – $750 CAD

I already have a complete, architecture-level technical disclosure and a finished set of conceptual figures. I am seeking a USPTO-registered patent attorney to convert this material into a ready-to-file US provisional patent application that preserves broad protection for a new wheel-end hub and bearing system invention.

The scope of the work is limited to the wheel-end hub and bearing assembly architecture itself. The objective is to capture the core structural relationships, load-path behavior, preload strategy, environmental management, and degradation behavior, without narrowing the disclosure to specific dimensions, materials, or manufacturing recipes at this stage.

Proposed scope of engagement:

• Review of my disclosure package (narrative and figures) and brief written feedback on any gaps relevant to enablement or figure clarity
• Drafting a complete provisional specification, including title, background, summary, and detailed description with figure references, written to fully support future non-provisional claim drafting
• Preparation of USPTO filing materials (cover sheet, application data, drawings in compliant format, and filing instructions)
• One revision cycle to incorporate technical clarifications prior to filing

Acceptance criteria:

– USPTO-compliant provisional application suitable for immediate filing
– Internally consistent description and figures that clearly support future claim strategy
– Final delivery as a submission-ready PDF plus an editable source document (Word or equivalent)

Familiarity with patent-drafting tools or research platforms is welcome but not required; the priority is a clear, defensible provisional that preserves architectural scope.

If this aligns with your current availability, I am ready to proceed and can provide the full disclosure package upon engagement. Confidentiality will be maintained under standard attorney–client privilege.
