Documentation Specialist (User & Technical Focus)
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist with a strong understanding of development concepts to create and maintain both user-facing and technical documentation.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical teams and end-users, ensuring all documentation is accurate, accessible, and engaging.
This position offers flexibility with remote work for 6 month.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including API references, architecture diagrams, and developer guides.
• Create user-facing documentation, such as user manuals, FAQs, onboarding guides, and troubleshooting resources, that simplify complex concepts.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging language tailored to the target audience.
• Maintain a consistent style and tone across all documentation to align with the company’s branding and voice.
• Create and manage templates and guidelines to streamline the documentation process across teams.
Requirements:
• Proven experience: Minimum 3 years in a documentation or technical writing role.
Technical skills:
o Strong understanding of software development concepts, programming languages, and frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript).
o Experience with documentation tools such as Markdown, Docusaurus, Confluence, or similar.
o Ability to read and understand code to accurately document APIs and technical workflows.
Communication skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English C1-C2) with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
