IT Document Translation: English–Malay
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have a set of Information Technology documents that must be rendered from English into clear, native-sounding Malay without losing any technical nuance. The source files include interface descriptions, API references, and user guides that already follow a strict layout with headings, tables, code blocks, and call-outs; I need that same structure preserved in the target files.
Accuracy is critical—please use established IT terminology, keep variable names and code untouched, and localise examples only when it will not break technical meaning. Feel free to work in Trados, memoQ, or any other CAT tool if it helps maintain consistency, but deliver back to me in the original formats (mostly Word and a few PowerPoint decks) with styles intact.
Deliverables:
• Fully translated Malay versions of each file, matching the original formatting.
• A brief glossary of any new or uncommon IT terms you standardise along the way.
• Final documents proof-read and ready for immediate publication.
