Scope of Work

A. Documentation Support
• Preparation of ISO-compliant documentation:
ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 31000, and ISO 21500 (including Policies, SOPs, Manuals, and Registers)
• Preparation of BIM documentation in accordance with ISO 19650:
BEP, MIDP, TIDP, Data Management Policy, CDE Workflow, Naming Protocols
• Drafting of FIDIC consultancy agreement (White Book format)
• Design of a Stage-Gate process and Interface Management methodology in alignment with PMI principles
