Developmental Editing for Nonfiction Trading Book

I am seeking an experienced developmental editor for a completed nonfiction manuscript of approximately 28,000 words. The book is an educational work focused on trading, risk management, and disciplined decision-making, written in a clear, narrative-driven instructional style.
This project is a light developmental review, not a line edit, copyedit, or rewrite. I am looking for high-level, advisory feedback on structure, sequencing of ideas, clarity of explanations, transitions between sections, and identification of any conceptual gaps or redundancies. Preserving the author’s voice is essential.
Scope is intentionally capped: one developmental pass resulting in a concise editorial letter (approximately 3–5 pages) and selective margin comments where clarification or reordering may be helpful. No second round or rewriting is required.
The manuscript is complete and generally well organized. The desired timeline is 5–6 weeks. I value clear professional judgment, thoughtful feedback, and collaborative communication. Experience with nonfiction or technical subject matter is preferred.
