Detail-Oriented Technical Report Writer Needed
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I am looking for a technical writer or report writer who is highly detail-oriented to assist in completing reports based on a structured template.
Key Responsibilities:
Strict Adherence to the Template:
Anything in red can be modified or completed as needed.
Anything in black must remain unchanged under all circumstances.
If you believe something in black should be changed, add a comment or note but do not modify it.
Site Description Section:
I will provide the necessary details (county, number of stories, structure type, etc.).
You will modify and complete this section accordingly.
Interview Section:
I will provide the names of individuals interviewed and their statements.
You will modify and complete this section while ensuring irrelevant or unnecessary text is removed.
Aerial Imagery Section:
No additional information will be provided.
You will only need to modify the roof type based on the Site Description section.
Permit Search Section:
You will conduct a permit search using a provided address.
The correct links for each city and county will be included in the attachments.
Some permits may be irrelevant—only pertinent permits should be included.
A PDF of the permit search must be provided along with the corresponding findings.
Weather Data Section:
You will conduct a weather data search for a specific location and date.
The section consists of three paragraphs, requiring three separate PDFs of sourced weather data.
The fourth paragraph is a backup if the link for the 3rd paragraph is unavailable.
Additional Expectations:
Efficiency & Accuracy: Reports must be completed promptly while maintaining accuracy.
Long-Term Collaboration: I will provide 2-4 reports per week, and I am looking for a long-term working relationship.
Feedback & Improvement: I will provide guidance and feedback to ensure continued improvement in the reporting process.
If you have any questions, I am available to clarify requirements. Please review the attachments for reference.
