I'm in immediate need of a Cyber Security and Data Analyst expert, specifically one skilled in descriptive data analysis. The sourced individual must be well-versed in working with databases; this will be the format in which the data to be analyzed will be provided. The primary tasks involved include:

- Data Analysis: Thorough examination and evaluation of collected information from databases to yield a descriptive analysis. An ideal candidate would have experience in making informed conclusions based on data patterns and trends.

- Network Monitoring: Regular assessment of system logs, hardware and software performance to avert potential threats.
