Create Web App Documentation Assets
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to create visual documentation for our platform.
You will be responsible for producing high-quality, step-by-step screenshots and "micro-demo" videos (15–30 seconds) that match our existing training articles.
Scope of Work:
• Screenshots: Capture clean, professional screenshots for specific workflows (Leads, Estimates, Time Tracking, etc.). You must use arrows/callouts to highlight key buttons.
• Short Videos: Record "no-audio" screen captures showing the exact click-path for each process.
• Workflow Focus: You will be following our provided articles to ensure the visuals perfectly mirror the written instructions

Required Skills:
• Experience with CRM or Project Management software.
• Proficiency in screen capture tools (e.g., Snagit, Loom, Camtasia, or Canva).
• Ability to follow technical documentation strictly.
• Clean aesthetic (organized browser tabs, no desktop clutter in shots).
