Create a Hybrid Work Framework

I am seeking a skilled freelancer to help me create a Hybrid Work Framework that will improve work-life balance for my employees. The framework should be suitable for a combination of remote and in-office teams and offer moderate flexibility. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

I am looking to create a framework for a hybrid work schedule. I want a setup for example : Senior management gets option to work 1 or 2 days a week. Possible have them choose which days they want, or have a schedule where they a have options to pic.

Equipment : Possibly have option for those on hybrid to sign out equipments like laptops and cellphones.
