Computer architecture simulation

I am seeking a skilled professional for a comprehensive Computer Architecture Simulation project. This project is primarily for research purposes.

Specifically, I need someone with expertise in:
- Snipersim or gem5 and knows power simulations such as McPAT, PACT or others
