Comprehensive Projects Portfolio Development

I am seeking a skilled and experienced freelancer to assist me in developing a comprehensive projects portfolio that highlights my expertise in Lean Six Sigma, Inventory Management, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
Key Elements:
- I will need you to include detailed project descriptions and project images in the portfolio.
- The key projects that will be included in the portfolio will be related to Inventory Management and Optimization. Specifically, the project will focus on demonstrating my use of strategies to achieve results that are reflected in Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Ideal Candidate:
- Experienced in Lean Six Sigma, Inventory Management, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement.
- Proficient in creating engaging and visually appealing project portfolio.
- Familiar with translating project results into KPI's.
- Excellent at communicating complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Attached is my CV so you can follow a trend of what i do... I worked on 2,000 Continuous improvements projects globally (Iraq, Kuwait, Dubai, Qatar, India, Jordan, Syria, Lebanon, Canda, and USA)
- You can use pictures on the web of before and after for relative projects to show how it was before and how it became after.
- I expect to see Technical terminologies to demonstrate how i went from 36% Inventory Accuracy to an average of 98% using zone picking, barcoded inventory, and mixed wave picking strategies as an example. (You will need to make points like these for every relevant before and after picture.
